Job Training

The managers were not always consistent with job training. Some people would not be able to finish due to the fact that the day they were scheduled on was busy and thus the manager or a more experienced employee could not help them train.

For a part time employee the training went above and beyond most employers that I have had.

They expect too much right away not too much training

The job training videos are cheesy, but work. Paid job training is offered on their website, and usually does not take much time. Every employee is required to finish the training. Every employee gets an account.

The managers were very helpful. They encouraged proper training and were always available to help with any question that i may have come up with during the training process.

They helped me learn very important information on products and when/how to use them

Job training lasted about a week and consisted of a lot of memorization on how to answer the phone and where objects were located in the back room.

If job training was needed. They trained very well and also watched you carefully during on the job projects.

Corporate Ace sends in training videos to the store that we had to watch. Focused on being a better customer service associate.
