The best thing about the job training is that I was paid. The worst thing was that I received a lot of instruction all at once.

They train you often and on different subjects. They will pay for any certifications you need and they are very easy to complete and comply with. The training of course doesn't cover everything you'll encounter on the job, but you'll quickly learn. They provide on-the-job training for the first day and often will pair you with a senior member of staff for the first week and a half until you get the hang of things. Coworkers tend to be very helpful in teaching you the ropes. All you need to do is ask.
