The people are very helpful , patient , considerate and truthful with the job training at my station. They make me feel normal and they are right by my side in responsibility to the job effort.

The video style was a tad demeaning, but it got the point across well enough. They train their employees well and make sure they know the sanitation rules.

They offer onine job training...and 1 in person training 3 months after you start...most of what I learned I learned through research of my own on the companies website but most things it just took getting experienced in over time through on the job experience. Although they could do tremendously better with training. My first day I arrived at the store not knowing what to do, I thought I was meeting someone from the company to show me what to do but no one was there so "I winged it". Luckily I'm good at winging it and sales already because I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing, I asked the stores manager, luckily he was nice, but he had no idea either. I didn't even meet anyone in the company in person until 3 months after I started working, 4 months after I got hired.

If hired, they pay for or provide the training needed for the job online. They train and test you on your knowledge before you are able to work. They pay for your time while training also. Very good company and a pleasant surprise compared to others!

The woman that was training me was nice, and made it fun to learn.
