Job Training

Easy training, training is through the online program that is provided by Advantage, it is impotent to have a computer at home in order to access the online training website and not rely on your smart phone device only.

Job training essentially doesn't exist. You are sent out on the road with a person from a nearby area. You are not trained by a trainer and you never really get an overview about what you are doing and it's impact on the client.

All video training. Never saw a supervisor in person.

Offered on the job training. Although it largely depended on your team lead. I know they were working to formalize a process.

top of the line scientist trainers

Training is limited. A lot of the training is by your peers and is inconsistent. A big complaint that many people have is that training is inadequate in this company. In Retail you may never even meet your supervisor depending on the location.

I was a very informative and convenient class schedule and was geared to go at your pace. I was very impressed at the training and how much information was given.

They help if you have questions most is done online but they have in store training as well. They are extremely helpful. They have paid training as well.

The training comes very easily. They understand if u miss things here and there just as long as you understand what was missed and how it gets fixed so it do3snt happen again
