If you're full time, the benefits are awesome--at least they were for me. I'm a fairly healthy person and I rarely go to the doctor. I was able to select my benefits and received health, dental, and vision for a portion of my paycheck that I didn't miss. The worst thing (as I've heard from other employees) is that while it's great for everyday needs, it doesn't help much during major illness or emergencies.

No dental for part-timers. Vision required for job, yet no vision package up until recently. Very high deductibles for health.

Best health care package of any job I've ever worked. Unrestricted access to doctors and specialists. IF you have the time to get to a doctor you will be taken care of! Union based so you know what you are getting and paying for right up front. Raises, vacations are automatic.
