You accrue sick days at a fair rate.

Sick days at Apple are kind of a joke. If you're not salaried, your sick days, which you acquire monthly, don't really help you. If you're non-exempt, you still obtain "occurrences" which is the Apple equivalent of the "tardy table". They can put you on "attendance warning" once you have reached a certain amount of occurrences. So, you use a sick day. That's one occurrence. Here's where they are totally degenerate...if you're absent 3 days in a row, it only counts as ONE occurrence. Meanwhile, if you're absent twice, it's two occurrences. They can legally fire you after 3 attendance warnings, all of which stem from occurrences related to absences or tardies. Tardies are basically non-disclosed, unless you work for a call center (and have a strict schedule). Those of you outside of said schedule, you MUST ask your manager to EXPLAIN how tardies are handled.

10 days accrue for suck time each year, does not change depending on length of service.

This varies because they are under California law you have to request a leave if you're going to be sick for a certain amount time. However you do earn sick hours which can be applied

Apple is incredibly fair with their sick days. If you have some kind of condition they will work with you to protect your employment. That's the benefit of being with a big company like Apple.

6 days a year, which might be fine for corporate, but retail is a high traffic and professionally exposed to variety of germs.

Sick time is easily earned, but in Contact Center roles is harder to spend, as there is a penalty assessed each time one is either tardy or out sick. Unfortunately, this feeds a low-key going-to-work-while-sick undercurrent.
