I didnt have any experience but after the training i became a pro and i was ready to go

not much 1 on 1 training

I was trained at a store opening, with professional trainers, and learned very quickly because of it. Training of new hires, from what I have seen, is above average, as I spend one-on-one time with the person I teach the position to.

Very hands-on, they are able to accommodate any level of experience

The training is general. They set you up with an experienced server or bartender and you spend about 5 days with them seeing how things go and learning the menu. You don't get tips during this period unless you step up and do a good job for the person training you, they might give you a little something. That's not required.

Training isn't very useful. Some parts are needed while others are just ridiculous. Most of what you learn comes from experience not the training.
