It is unlimited paid time off

Since I was in Calif, I was allowed to accrue more vacation time than most (under Calif laws), so this benefit was good for me. Since I worked there for over 10 yrs, I could accrue up to 300 hrs before having to use some.) But employees in other states could only carry over 40 hours into the next calendar yr, and I think had to use those carried-over hrs w/in the first 3 mos of the year (tho still accruing new hrs too).

the more years you worked, the more vacation days accumulated.

Recently the sick time has been combined into, but not increased into the the PTO time.
