You start with 3 weeks vacation and accrue an extra day per year up to a maximum of 25 days off. You can also carry up to 1 week over into a new year (outside of California).

They're willing to negotiate additional time off for higher performing employees. Additional hours per year of employment would be nice. They also offer to floating holidays.
