Health Insurance

Poorly explained in HR meetings once per year and very expensive even as a single person.

Very expensive high deductibles

They didn't go into a lot of detail, beyond "Basic"

It's an excellent health care benefit - I was in HR for years before coming there and I believe it to be comprehensive.

Average plan, slowly getting more expensive

I'm not sure what I'm paying for. When I do use the insurance, I still have to pay out of pocket for everything. The premium costs are really high even after I get all the "Healthy Credits" for being in shape, non-smoker, etc.

The health insurance is a scam. Way overpriced and they give you NO discount for employee or family

Typical dealership benefits...expensive, but available.
