Vacation & Paid Time Off

Not important to the employer. Work hard for a year and get several days.

Paid time off is very slow to acquire, but they have it.

You can earn an average amount of vacation,1 - 3 weeks depending on your employment longevity, but you can not take it. If you do take your vacation, you will be criticized by the general manager and your job threatened. Your hard work will not be appreciated and you are a disposable asset to them. Upon termination, they will not pay your unused vacation time that they did not allow you to take.

To few days for the work load you are given. Taking vacation is difficult. Red tape and hoops aplenty.

Difficult to get time off and balance a family life.

It's like everyone else's vacation/PTO plan.

Good vacation after 10 years but who has time to take it

No bereavement benefit, which is about as stingy as you can get. I have to be here 5 years before I get 3 weeks of vacation which is the worst I've ever had at any company (3 prior fortune 500s)

best thing is your not there, Worst thing about time off is your not selling cars which means your not making any money
