Vacation & Paid Time Off

First year you get a week off

Although Autonation does offer paid vacation it was at times difficult to use. This becomes more true the further you are promoted. I suppose it's good job security if your dealership can't do without you, but it would be nice if it were easier to take some time off.

Vacation pay based upon your past year average per month. Just make sure you have good years

Pretty normal, paid vacation time accumulates annually

Vacation was hard to schedule depending on business.
