Thank you for your feedback. Our Behavior Supervisors earn 15 days of PTO per year (higher than the industry standard) and 9 paid holidays, for a total of 24 paid days off per year. We also offer flexible work schedules for our management level staff (manager and above), and the ability to work from home. Most managers come into the office for only a few meetings each month, as we want them to focus on providing their quality services and support in the field, directly with clients and staff. Further, we pride ourselves on annual evaluations and, if the job is well done, annual raises, something not always standard in this industry.
