You do get health benefits, but you have to pay for it. What it is is that you pay at a discounted price. As behavior instructors, you don't make much money, and, yet, you have to pay over $100 for health insurance. If this is the only option you have for health insurance, then it can be stressful. They do pay drive time (minimum wage) and mileage (50 cents per mile), but this is really not enough considering the job itself is stressful and having to go through traffic is also stressful. Most of us feel like we aren't compensated enough for what we go through. And we drive our own cars, which is putting miles on our cars and having to do maintenance on it without being compensated. You get points each month in which you can exchange for rewards, but they never tell you when you get evaluated and if your supervisor has submitted it for you each month. This whole program is very arbitrary, and if you want better rewards, you have to wait for almost a year for it (for gift cards and stuff up to $300 value), which is not really worth the wait. We don't feel like it is a benefit/compensation at all.

The best experience was that the hours were flexible and the worst experience was that the it was unorganized and the supervisor expected a lot when they didn't give you adequate training.
