No benefits were offered. Benefits only offered to full time employees. However, very hard to become full time. I was not offered full time.

In order to qualify for any of the benefits for Behavior Frontiers you must work at least 30 hours per week. The company hires full time employees to hover around 23-34 hours per week so that an employee can never maintain full time status, therefore is never capable of taking advantage of any of the benefits.

The benefit package is generous compared to other employers. Low deductible and coverage is good for prescription medicines.

The best part of the benefits package is the matching 401K.

You have to start as part-time employee and because of the uncertain hours you are not sure about when you become full-time employee and then that is when you can obtain the benefits. However, when I reviewed the benefits it appeared to be a reasonable package.
