Very poor medical vs. engineering companies. No ESPP or stock. low/no matching on 401k. 9/80 schedule is great - in theory; depends if you are susceptible to guilt, then you will work 10/120, and not on anything good for your career. Might be considered good for non-tech type companies, but is mediocre compared to large engineering companies.

They offer Tuition Reimbursement and many discounts for being an employee, however, their benefits are not anything wildly impressive or of any high standard. They lack any real compensation for their employees who work weeks and even months on end, without a break, other than the standard overtime pay.

The benefits are average, health, dental, vision, LTD, STD. It's affordable for a single person like me, not sure how much it is for a family

Not applicable. I was not offered any benefits since I was a part time employee. The company did give benefits and bonuses to full time folks.
