will be offered multiple package. some of them are interesting. if you be hired directly by company recruiter, they will offer you better package.

Decent medical, okay 401k - good match at 4%, could have a better vacation policy.. overall seems to be average.

Good benefits. Not always easy to get time off.

The best thing about the benefits at Benchmark are the fact that you have benefits. The worst thing is that the benefits cost a LOT and you still end up having to pay a lot when you get care. The worst benefits of ANY company I've ever worked for. Period!
