The benefits were okay. I have had better at other contractors.

14 days off if I remember right

Only 10 days per year despite having over 20 years experience coming into the company.

Maybe in a year you will get up to 5 days off.

They offer the industry standard 2 weeks of vacation, but you are required to take one of those weeks between Christmas and New Years. And periodically management will send out nasty-grams saying that you need to take an additional X number of days of vacation to make the "bean counters" happy.

Very controlling of how it is accrued and when you can take it.

Basic. Nothing special. Standard 10 days.

The normal 2 weeks.
