The employee discount differs depending how long you worked at the company. At the end of my employment it was 40% off of company brand merchandise, 15% off everything else, 5% on electronics, 50% off of Bargain Cave merch. A few times a year employees were given opportunities of getting items at cost. At times the manufacturer deals and third party incentive training programs were better.

It's awesome all the way around I think it is great that it is tiered to reward the employees with more tenure getting better at the 2year and 7 year mark
