The health insurance is a zero sum game for employees. You're either paying $10,000 for the top-notch health insurance or you're paying a $10,000 out of pocket maximum if something catastrophic happens. Either way you're betting against yourself and paying an arm and a leg for it.

Nothing really to comment here. It is adequate and did not have issues with it in the least. I can't stay it stood out or was severely lacking in any way.

It's very expensive and confusing. You can choose what you want but you better know exactly what it is you need or you may overspend.

The dental deductible was pretty high. Health was 80% to 20% yours.

The insurance used to be CIGNA, now it has changed to AETNA and pay as you go options. I've noticed it doesn't cover as much as before.

When I started we had Anthem, then Cigna for 2 years, and then Aetna. It stinks having to learn a new plan all the time. The plans may be similar, but each company has their own little nuances and such.
