The best thing was the experience

Full paid training done and very detailed.

You receive training in a variety of positions which helps develops different skills. I was able to work through all the positions and eventually became a manager. Being a manager has helped me develop my communication and leadership skills.

they have good trainers and provide shelter

Good training on the job

Job training itself is pretty mixed, and while they may help with tuition, tuition is so high in the US it ends up being a drop in the ocean.
