The managers are pretty good at teaching the basics. You do have to learn a lot as you go (especially in concessions).

Most lacking and poor training I’ve ever received. Lots of videos but zero hands on training on basic day-to-day things. I came on as a manager and was never trained on how to use their POS system.

There are so many training videos for a variety of things. Examples being safety and security, food and beverage, how to train etc.

You have to beg and plead with managers to let them train you on something, and even then they will give preference to their favorites.

The managers were really good at helping you learn the ropes. They may make fun of you or give you a hard time. So some people may struggle in that respect.
