Job Training

You are trained by other employees, whether they have worked there for two weeks or two years. Because of this, training is uneven and leads to confusion and tension between floor staff and management.

They train you in all sections of the jobs which include; box office, floor, and concessions. Sometimes training is very little and you have to figure things out by yourself.

When I was initially hired they had poor job training, they just through you right in and expected you to pick it up as you went along, now they dedicate whole shifts to training.

Job training is fairly easy. Supervisors are willing to show the new employee of duties and what things are needed to be done during the job

On site training and group orientation

It is not very thorough. You get trained by other employees

There was nothing bad about it.

Working alongside coworkers is the training you receive.

Training was fun, although I was trained by a manager who didn't really care at all and ended up leaving a month later, so I was taught how to get away with things, but I did have other training later on that made me perform well.
