Performance bonus is based on a lot of factors, like company interest, team performance, your own performance. But last year, we didn;t end up with a good bonus number.

I got paid out for a bonus after I left. I thought they made a payroll mistake but it turned out that I was in fact paid a bonus after I quit.

We always were told up front what to expect, so that is good. In terms of the actual $$ it is So so, it was always clear there is or there is no bonus.

You don't give achievement awards to the slackers for, once in a while, doing their damned jobs.

key performance indicators are not clearly spelt out and there is not a formal process or clarity around how an employee is measured. as a result, feedback is not actionable and without details on how to address deficiencies. Seems very subjective.
