Health ins is very costly - $1,266 / month for family - most others are max $700 / month. Might as well pay for private health ins & get the tax write off to recoup 70% of the cost come tax time.

Time off, 401K , Collabera perks at multiple retailers, health savings account, No unpaid extended leaves.

They offer a 401(k), but there is no matching contribution. The investment options are pretty good, in my humble opinion.
