Best is there is no wait time to sign for Health and Dental Plan. Wait of 30+ days to sign for 401k Plan (should allow to sign on day 1, and activate it when applicable, so that consultant does not need to take double time and keep remembering about outstanding tasks while on a project).

The best thing about the benefits package is you get lots of health care plan options, the worst is their low match on 401k

No 401k matching. Poor health care. 2 weeks of PTO is decent.

Company perks are available. Health insurance, dental, and vision are all from major insurance companies however, health can be very expensive

Relatively Good health insurance. They are my contracting house, contracting me out to another company. In that role, PTO depends on if they are forced to offer it by the city or state you live in, and they will find loopholes to avoid giving you PTO if they can.

MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND ONLY WORK HERE IF YOU HAVE TO!!! Benefits aren't good, but not bad and 0 perks. 0 paid holidays, so if you want to get paid for a holiday, you'll have to use your PTO. I talked to 3 different recruiters about various jobs and all lied about each job. Either they lied about what the client wanted in terms of experience, lied about positions being contract to hire, or lied about benefits. If your contract ends, they'll try to lie by saying you were fired for poor performance, so they can try to get out of paying unemployment too!!
