It is great because we get paid time off, vacation, 401k, health, dental and medical along with a few other benefits too

They didn't offer employee matching and the health insurance packages lacked quality

Although it's only 2 weeks, they do offer vacation time which most contract companies do not. They offer medical as well, but I don't use that benefit.

The benefits they offer to full time contractor employees is the the most expensive and worst I have seen from an employer. For medical alone, over four hundred dollar a month for a single person with no doctor copays and twenty five hundred dollar deductible before any co-insurance kicks in. PATHETIC!!!!!.

No paid time-off. Pay rate is okay but lower than expected (compared to the cost of living around the workplace). No paid time-off.

The overall benefits package is comparable or better than the industry standards so ended up making decision of accepting offer to be part of a great organization.

It would be a lot more beneficial If the 401k plan was matched or with every benefit it didn't just come out of the employees paycheck

Benefits are fairly thorough and don't cost an arm and a leg either.
