The benefits are standard but offered at a premium. Only 1 option to choose from for healthcare which is Aetna. No matching with 401k.

They offer okay benefits for a contractor-401ks which they dont match contributions, commuter benefits like pretax deductions, and health plans which you have to pay for. They need to offer vacation time (currently they dont offer any), help pay for health insurance (it's at least $2-3 dollars from your hourly pay), educational stipends, and/or commuter and health/wellness stipends.

The health plans best works when you are married or have a child. 401k is pretty much the norm if what other companies provide also to employees.
