Decent salary for the area, however, my particular assignment didn't offer any paid time off or benefits through the client. Even when the client was closed for a holiday I missed a days pay.

There were no benefits nor any type of package offered in consideration for the time and energy I was to be giving them with of course the exception of recompense.

Company do not have 401K match, even 1% of contribution match is available for employees.
The Health/Dental/Vision are paid for the employee. And the insurance packages offered by the company are really expensive.

There is not a matching 401k or even a partial match. The health care is not affordable. The vacation time is average and acceptable. However when you take off you will still be reached out to.
