worst thing is the very expensive medical insurance even for a group plan. best thing is they seem to administer their 401k efficiently through fidelity.

Their benefits appear to be better than other contracting companies. Some offer no benefits at all, and Collabera has health and 401K.

Medical insurance is terrible, might as well pay your own benefits as they pay near nothing yet say that they make a generous contribution towards it.

Company offers a non-matching 401k plan and a health insurance plan which are more than adequate. No personal time off, salary increases, or paid training - which is consistent in the contract work sector. However, some contracts can last years, so this can lead to a real negative part of the experience long term.

It was my first time working with them, or any vendor. Honestly, I'm not sure if this was the best offer anywhere. I had a good experience with them.
