The only benefit we had was 50% off of food and we could work as many hours as we wanted to. There wasn't much more to it.

Company offered decent health, dental, and vision at a relatively small monthly premium. They also offered paid vacation (#weeks based on tenure).

Insurance coverage extremely expensive. Profit sharing was pretty good. All your food and beverage was free all day every day. No time off. days always split up. No on the job training more of drill instructors.

You get descent health insurance package, which covers dental, medical, vision. You get 1 week paid vacation after 1 year. You get quarterly bonuses after your 90 day manager training.
