Awful! I haven’t been working for a month and get called off constantly. Can’t learn thing’s properly and somehow it’s my fault when they don’t train you.

If you do get trained properly it's rare. They mostly throw you to the wolves and then make you feel stupid because you don't know the right way to do that task.

They choose when they want to train someone right and when they don't. Managers are being hired in just to be trained as an employee and don't even get trained on how to manage.

You watch videos for training and then they ease you into working there. You start out cleaning, then the register, then drive thru and if you’ve been there a long time and are good enough they might train you in kitchen.
