Job Training

Videos didn't match the volume and demand of the workload.

The Training is all on the computer, save for hands on assistance when they require an extra set of hands. It's an abysmal program: They issue a giant binder full of codes, history and information you should apply yourself in, yet in the location I was at; upon doing what the book states, You are reprimanded. INCLUDING suggesting changes to storage that would benefit the store in Health inspections.

You are trained one position at a time, and are trained for about 3 days. Then you just have everyone there telling you what you did wrong when you screw up, do to improper training.

Did a great job of showing me everything and answering my questions. They also made sure I got the current job I had just learned down before training me in something new.

They pick favorites when it comes to the job training. There's one specific girl that is always training the newcomers when there are other people who are capable of doing it.

I really enjoyed the training at Culvers they made it fun involved everyone we played games to learn and the staff was very friendly they involve the new managers that would be working with us when I started working the restaurant was just opening up so it really was a team effort the training was really fun there.

Culver's offered great exceptional job training for a fast food restaurant. Training includes completing modules on a computer (at work, while on the clock), and is followed up by one-on-one shadow-style training with a more experienced employee. Shadowing usually only lasts a day or so, after which, employees and managers are always more than happy to lend a helping hand as needed.

You must pass tests to do certain jobs

The training i received missed many things and i had to ask questions for my first 2 weeks to find anything. Never had the time to properly train me as the place was very busy.
