Expensive and high co pay....

Selection of providers is pretty good, premiums have gotten high. Company (at least in Columbus) has taken recent steps to significantly emphasize wellness and consolidate resources into a new health and wellness center. Remains to be seen if premium increases will slow.

Excellent Health Insurance, very low cost

The benefit plans were different for union employees compared to those available for salary "up front" personal

I never had any problems with health insurance, although I only went to a doctor's office once

High deductible plan with Health Savings Account, does include yearly employer contribution

The best thing is premiums are low The worst is you may end up shelling out 12000$ if something goes wrong with kids or pregnency
