Con: cheaper insurance options limit you to extremely busy specialty providers at Duke, can take >6 months for an initial consult

There are a few different options to choose from with more or less options in terms of network size with increased price for more options. Most options are pretty good though I have the most basic plan is not adequate with a family.

Accrual of PTO, which you can use towards vacation, sick, funeral, etc. You accrue more with more years of service, which is nice.

the worst was the price but I had the family plan and the insurance kept changing but the ones that they had was good insurance
