Loved the overall standard of training. Even better when your trainer is properly trained.

They try to train you on every station including sandwiches which os better than a lot of companys in whoch don't do that.

Provides hands on training as well as online training.

The best thing, helping people, the worst, not getting all your tips, not having the manager there daily for issues that come up, drama, the f bomb being thrown about the store, people using their cell phones instead of working.

best is that it let your learn more about the company and what to do. the worst thing is that some manager do let you get pay for it while some do.. which you suppose to get pay while doing it

Was not given any formal training, was just expected to learn on the go.

Job training is what it is. Just making coffee and donuts. Not rocket science.

Four 5 hour shifts I was with an area trainer at a nearby store to start me out. She was a saint and really took her time with the trainees. I was shadowed for 4 shifts as well siding my first week at my home store. I was very well prepared.
