There is no official "training'. There's an online academy, but the manager chooses at random who has to do it.

Was paid to shadow a coworker in order to learn the ropes; training work was a reduced load & incredibly easy.

It has lots of training. It is easy to learn on new machines.

you WILL be cross trained on multiple stations.

Worst thing is that it's mostly an online course. 8 hours of back to back slide shows and power points is so friggin boring. Then you have station training, where it's not really training. It's flip through this little book on the machine to make the sandwiches and drinks on the screen, but do it in 30 seconds or less or you'll lower our average time. Hazmat or cleaning product training isn't reviewed at all until the time you need it or someone orders you to do it and you have no clue what formula is used for because the different bottles have one of two colors and yet are labeled for conflicting things.
