They dont provide a good phones, pc and benefit program for their employyes. Probably it's necessary a review on that programs.

Phone calls almost unlimited, a lot of free gigabites, lunch cheques, car insurance "casco" not pretty good company's car as some people said. Paid fuel (with the aim to go to the clients) a lot of discounts.
