Insurance fee (medical, vision, and dental) are taken off directly out of your paycheck every two weeks, which is convenient. All preventive care is free of charge, specialists $45 copay unless seeing an OBGYN that is considered as a PCP visit with a low co pay of $25. Dental care and vision at minimum are good. Eye exams copay of $10, Dental regular check visits free of copay, unless there is extra work to do. Of course all depending on which type of plan is chosen.

Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield is a great health plan. There are limited things that are not covered. There's a reason this insurance is one of the top health insurances in the world
