There are very few options and it is somewhat expensive for a full time career within a HEALTH INSURANCE FIELD

The deductibles and out of pockets , as well as the premiums are a bit higher than what they could be, being that Anthem is an insurance company and could offer them at a lower rate for their employees. It seems other companies have lower premiums and better coverage for employees, than an insurance company seems a bit off. Other than that the benefits themselves are great!

It's expensive, even the cheapest option costs quite a bit per pay period, if you go with the cheapest monthly premium on the High Deductible HSA plan if you have to use your insurance you'll be spending $6500 out of pocket before anything gets covered.

They were ok in the beginning but as time went on, things started going down hill for everyone. they cared less about people and more about profit

While some people might love the zero co-pay of the PPO plan is pushes all the costs back-end and you can have somewhat unexpected costs.

The benefits have little higher deductibles than one would expect.
