Vesting schedule means you have to work for at least 2 years to see any amount of the employee match and 5 if you want to get the whole percentage which is already on the low end.

The % match is great. I also like that they encourage their new employees to contribute. Nothing bad to say about it,

Pretty standard match: half of contribution up to 9/4.5%. So you need to put in at least 9% to get their max 4.5% match.
Worst thing is the vesting period. You have to work at least 2 years to get anything they contributed.
0% up to 2 years
20% 2-3 years tenure
40% 3-4
60% 4-5
100% 5+ years tenure
Their match is a one-time contribution that occurs normally in February the year after, you need to be employed on 12/31 to receive their match for the year.
Ex. If you leave the company in November, you won't receive any of their 4.5% match for the 10-11 months you contributed to the 401k.
