401K Plan

I'm very aggressive with my finances. Epic's 401K is definitely tailored to the uninformed or slightly aware financial user. I would like more risky options to be included.

They will match what you put in at 50% up to 6% of your salary.

Epic currently matches half of your contributions up to 6% of your salary (for which they would match 3%). The vesting schedule is damned stingy, though - 0% in your first 2 years, 20% in the third year, 40% in the fourth year, 60% in the fifth year, and 100% after the full five years. Many people leave within the first two years and thus get no benefit from the 401k matching. The fund choice (from Fidelity) is very good, though.
