Their 401K Plan is pretty standard

I wish it matched a bit more. It matches half up to 6% of your annual income on a 401k or Roth IRA. I know that's pretty standard, but I do wish they offered a bit more. Or, better yet, they just contributed 6% without matching.

Epic contributes up to 6% matching funds; one of the best in the industry.

Lower than standard, only get to keep full match if you stay for 5 years. I doubt you'll want to stay that long if you value your mental health.
