Health plans- standard. They offer three different levels ranging from $7/week-$50/week. (Apex employees are paid weekly, like our contractors). 401k - No matching until 1 year in... Most people don't last that long at the company. At that point, it is a mediocre 3%. They use Fidelity, which is nice and my personally preferred mutual fund. The maternity leave - unfortunate. No other significant benefits or perks. The work life balance in my office is nice, but that is subject to change as the company is rolling out a mandate to push employees back to office more. All in all, the company is mostly meant for new college grads living on their parents' dime who don't need to worry about things like benefits or consistent pay, so if that's you, don't let this be a dealbreaker.
