The benefit package is good but it’s way too expensive weekly. If you make a good salary working for them, the benefits take at least 33% of your money which is way too much for family coverage. They also do not offer you paid time off as a contractor so wherever you will work, if they are closed for a holiday, you will be off but you will not get paid for the time off. There are other companies that do more.

Contract job so high risk, it's good to get your foot in the door but don't expect anything other than something to fill gaps on the resume. No PTO, health insurance. You should definitely look for another job while in your role here.
