Management is biased and not helpful

Best thing is that as a company as a third tier contractor, the paycheck matches the same paycheck as a 2nd tier contractor. Meaning, they didn't reduce the paycheck when you are contracted with them. However, benefits are horrible.

great W2 package for contract employees

They provided a 401k, which was nice.

Great benefits and reasonably priced

the benefits were just okay tbh

No PTO. Lied about contract length.

Cost vs Service. High cost of health care benefits, No sick/leave time off benefits.

Health insurance is too expensive.
