There isn’t anything that is the worst.

They do offer subsidized health insurance (question the "subsidized"), they do offer 401K with a very minor match. They will not go out of their way to help you get paid vacation or paid holidays so you will need to negotiate that yourself because they are terrible at negotiating pay, vacation pay, holiday pay.

No PTO. Apex provides 401k, life insurance, dental. I paid around $70 a week for Preventative Health insurance, Dental, and life insurance package for myself and spouse. If you want major health plan it would cost $400 a week, so I denied, cuz it's ridiculous with a pay around $4k a month.

Flexibility in choice of plans

They provide benefits such as medical and 401k. They are a bit on the expensive side.
