None no benefits offered and no perks of any kind

I am a contractor and found that we as a contractor are not eligible to contribute to 401K until we are with APex for 1000 hrs. That policy was changed from 2016 and now we can contribute as soon as we join but the company only contributes 401K after 1000 hrs.

Didn't have benefits package. Worked as a contractor.

Benefits offered were very competitive and took care of each individual needs.

"lack of [fill in the blank]" Id be easier just to guess at what is not being offered. When walking into a contract scenario with the Government I'm not sure why someone wouldn't think to include federal holidays into their compensation considering the # of holidays taken. Rather you'd have us take our paid sick days and use those instead and then only if we have any as though we already know we're not going to need to use those for our own unexpected personal family emergencies that may or maynot come about.

This is the worst benefits package ever. In fact, I'd hardly call them benefits. Overpriced. Prepare to spend $400 per week, YES I SAID WEEKLY, for subpar minimum coverage for a family of 4. They sell it to you as if it is a great package but then after you enroll you find out you have to wait for the decent package.

No Paid Time Off offered

No paid time off for contractors, including holidays which are mandatory time off.

Unreliable, they are always looking for ways to cut what ever benefit offering they have.
