Paid holidays are pretty good

It was the normal pay rate and policy.

The company does pay holiday pay as long as u work the scheduled day before and after.

Always nice to make double pay

They are average for the industry, but should be better.

Only six paid days per year. No paid time off for Easter. Thanksgiving Day is paid, not the Friday after Thanksgiving. Christmas Day is paid holiday, not Christmas Eve.

There are limited days due to the fact that they can not close the mail order pharmacy in order to ensure patients get their drugs on time. That said, it would be nice if they offered floating holidays that could rotate between team members

At a minimum Express Scripts offers 2 weeks pay to new employees. For some positions you may be able to negotiate more.

ESI recognizes all Federal and US Holidays as Paid Holidays. In some instances and roles we do have to work through holidays, but in those instances (for hourly employees) we are compensated at time and a half
