Holidays get you the big six. Yearly sick time is 12 hours, personal time 16 hours, and vacation starts out at 40 hours up to 120 hours after 5 years.

The PTO policy seems generous at first but my experience was that having the accrued time was one thing ....being able to use it was quite another.

Under Medco we obtained hours annually, under ESI you earn per week, cap put and can't earn anymore, can't roll them over and you don't get paid for them.
